How this affects a run
The regional champion is fought at wave 190, after the Elite Four sequence and before the final stretch toward Eternatus. The reviewed roster includes champions across regions, with six team slots and the possibility of Legendary, Mega, and Gigantamax members. The identity of a champion does not imply an unchanged main-series team.
One designated Boss member has two HP bars, and the team includes a Terastallized member. Keep those mechanics separate from the final Eternatus phase system at wave 200. Rewards also distinguish a first defeat from repeats: Egg Voucher Premium first, then Egg Voucher Plus. The regional roster and special team slots provide preparation targets without pretending that one fixed team appears in every run.
