Five egg tiers hatch in 10, 25, 50, 100, and 50 waves. You can incubate 99 at once, and they all tick together.

Pity replaces the next Common after 9 eggs with no Rare, 59 with no Epic, or 412 with no Legendary. A same-tier pity also fires: nine eggs without a new species, and the tenth is a new species. Vouchers buy 1 egg (normal), 5 (Plus), 10 with a guaranteed Rare (Premium), or 25 with a guaranteed Epic (Gold). A Manaphy egg is 1/8 Manaphy and 7/8 Phione, unless you bought it with candy, which is guaranteed Manaphy.
Candy eggs are shiny at 1/12. Shiny pity starts rising on the 15th candy egg without a shiny and is certain on the 21st. Variant pity guarantees a new variant after 10 shiny candy eggs. That pity is the candy egg, not a wild shiny pity. Today’s legendary-up species is not a static page, so I leave the name blank instead of guessing the 25-day calendar.

How do I hatch eggs instantly?
The wiki does not describe an instant hatch. Eggs tick down by waves, up to 99 at once. I am not linking a shortcut that skips that.
What does an Egg Voucher Premium buy?
Ten eggs, including one guaranteed Rare. A Daily clear pays one Premium.
